Description

In this class participants will study a variety of conflict settings within the life of an organization. First Skill building exercises will teach participants how to assess conflict and determine "outcome" strategies for handling it. Participants will identify and manage their own conflict management style. Individuals will learn how to give and receive criticism in ways that contribute to positive relationships. How to use communication skills to build better relationships and achieve win-win agreements will be taught.
