Description
This course will explore the foundational elements of worship and sacraments in the Wesleyan tradition. Students will learn skills needed to plan and lead worship and to understand the theological basis and biblical foundations of its various elements, including Scripture, music, prayer, liturgy, proclamation, and sacraments. Students will also learn how to plan and conduct weddings and funerals and understand and utilize the Christian calendar and the cycles of the lectionary year.
