Discipleship Coordinator –
o
Develop and equip lay leadership
& involvement within the discipleship ministry of the church
o
Facilitate the ongoing development
of discipleship and spiritual growth elements within and going out of the life
of the church, including:
§
Coordinating children/youth
ministry opportunities
§
Coordinating small group ministry
system
§
Coordinating opportunities to
develop healthy Spiritual Habits
o
Intentionally help connect
Discipleship ministry area with the Worship and Mission focuses by supporting and working in
the other vision emphasis areas
§
Priorities (in order):
1) Discipleship
2) Mission
3) Worship
o
15-20 hours per week (Schedule is
flexible, but onsite presence is expected and required)
o
Under the direction of the pastor
o
$10,000 annual salary
